Before coming into coaching, I was always into health and wellness by constantly learning about all aspects of healthy living. Being a Registered Nurse and having a long career helped me see that patients were mostly ill because of unhealthy lifestyle and that with some changes in their habits, they could prevent or heal their diseases. My many years of experience with my own healthy lifestyle and seeing the benefits of it, as well as being in a healthy loving marriage after the losses in my life, have helped me to be who I am today.  Recently I added a new facet to my business and that was becoming a Cabi Stylist with the cabi clothing company! Now I have the opportunity to assist my clients present a great image with their outward appearance through styling!

I really enjoy helping others become the best they can be in their personal health, life, relationships and now styling! It is very exciting to me to see my clients gain new habits and achieve the goals they set for themselves. I love working with people so coaching really does fuel my passion. It is great to be doing something in your life that you are passionate about.

Why a Life/Health Coach, Why Now?

Before my health/life coaching training, I had struggled with my weight especially as I got into my 40’s and then 50’s… and I wondered if I could ever get it figured out.

A huge shock came when my late husband went through a battle with cancer and passed away. During that time and afterwards, I really looked at my whole way of thinking about life and health. I began to change what I was doing with my nutrition, activity, stress management and became more intentional about my life purpose.

After making those changes in my life, I wanted to help others do the same. A search for a way to help others became very important to me. 

Today, I am living my best self ever! I am maintaining a healthy weight and learning to appreciate my strong body, eating nutritious food, exercising regularly, having an Epic Love with my husband and learning to manage stress better by meditation and trusting in God.

I’m taking care of myself in the best ways and am continuing on a journey of learning how to do that better and mentoring others to discover that balance.
